Trust Centre

Give customers and prospects a public page that answers their security questions before they ask — live compliance stats, security documents and FAQs, all under your control.

Security reviews slow deals down: every prospect sends the same questions and asks for the same documents. Your Trust Centre is a public page at your own address (pilotvantage.com/trust/your-company/) that presents your security posture once, for everyone — no login needed to view it.

What's on your trust page

  • Live compliance overview — frameworks you're working toward, control implementation counts, policy totals and your latest audit, pulled from your real PilotVantage data so the page never goes stale.
  • Security documents — whitepapers, pen test summaries, SOC 2 reports and certificates, each with its own access level.
  • FAQs — the answers to the questions every security review asks.
  • Sub-processors — the third parties you rely on, kept current in one place.
  • Data residency & practices — hosting, encryption and operational security in your own words.

Document access levels

Not every document should be a free download. Each document carries an access level:

LevelBehaviour
PublicAnyone can download straight from the page.
Request accessVisitors submit their name, company and reason; you approve or deny each request.
NDA requiredAs above, but flagged so you confirm an NDA is in place before granting.

Handling access requests

1

A visitor requests a document

They fill in who they are, their company and why they need it — straight from your public page.

2

You review the request

Pending requests appear in your Trust Centre admin. Approve with an expiry, or deny with a reason.

3

They get a secure link

Approved requesters receive a time-limited download link by email — no account required, and access expires automatically.

Subscribers and updates

Visitors can subscribe to your Trust Centre (with email verification) to hear about security updates — new certifications, fresh pen test summaries, sub-processor changes. You write the update once and every subscriber is notified, with one-click unsubscribe handled for you.

Setting up your Trust Centre

1

Open Trust Centre in the app sidebar

Configure your page — branding, description, data residency and security practices copy.

2

Add documents, FAQs and sub-processors

Upload your security documents and set an access level on each.

3

Publish

Flip the page to published and share your /trust/ link in security reviews, proposals and your website footer.

You stay in control
Unpublish at any time, and nothing appears on the page that you didn't explicitly add — the live stats show counts and framework names, never your underlying records.

Works with

  • Controls — implementation progress feeds the live overview.
  • Policies — policy counts appear on your page automatically.
  • Audits — your latest audit signals an active ISMS.
  • Questionnaires — for the reviews that still need answers, send a structured assessment.
