The vendor is invited
They receive a branded email invitation with a secure link. No account is needed to respond.
They verify and answer
The vendor confirms their identity with a one-time passcode (OTP) sent to their email, then answers the questions and attaches supporting documents.
You review and score
See their answers and attached documents from the vendor's record. The response is auto-scored; review it and mark it complete.
