Plans and your trial

PilotVantage offers tiered plans to match organisations of different sizes and needs: Free, Essential, Professional and Enterprise. New organisations begin with a free trial, so you can explore the platform before choosing a plan.

Higher tiers unlock more features and greater capacity as your compliance programme grows, so you can start small and move up whenever you need more.

What administrators can do

Upgrade or change plan — move to a higher tier to unlock more features and capacity, or adjust your plan as your needs change.
Manage payment details — add or update your payment method through the secure billing portal.
View invoices — access your billing history and download invoices for your records.

Administrators only

Only administrators can view and manage billing, upgrade the plan or change payment details.

Upgrading your plan

Open billing

Go to the billing area in your administration settings to see your current plan and trial status.

Choose a plan

Compare the tiers and select the plan that fits your organisation's needs.

Confirm in the billing portal

Enter or confirm your payment details in the secure billing portal to activate your new plan.

Nearing the end of your trial?

Upgrade before your trial ends to keep uninterrupted access to your registers, evidence and reports.
