Connect PilotVantage to Microsoft 365 so your team signs in more easily and evidence gathers itself.

Connecting PilotVantage to Microsoft (Entra / Azure AD) gives you two benefits:

Single sign-on — your team signs in with their existing work accounts instead of a separate PilotVantage password. That means fewer passwords to remember and access that follows your existing Microsoft 365 accounts.
Automatic evidence — the connection can help collect evidence from your Microsoft 365 tenant to support your controls, reducing the manual effort of proving compliance.

Connecting Microsoft 365

An administrator authorises it

An organisation administrator starts the connection and grants PilotVantage permission to work with your Microsoft 365 tenant.

Confirm the connection

Once authorised, the connection is active and PilotVantage shows it as connected.

Your team signs in with Microsoft

A "Sign in with Microsoft" option appears at sign-in, so users can log in with their work accounts.

Administrator consent

Only an administrator can authorise the Microsoft 365 connection, because it grants permission on behalf of your whole organisation. Once done, every user benefits without any further setup.

Less manual work

With Microsoft 365 connected, supporting evidence can flow in automatically, keeping your controls backed by up-to-date proof.

Continuous control monitoring
