Organisation Settings

Tailor PilotVantage so it fits the way your organisation actually works.

What you can configure

Organisation Settings is where you shape the platform around your business. From one place you can:

  • Set your organisation name and add your branding and logo, which appear across the app and on exported documents.
  • Define your departments so records and access line up with your real team structure.
  • Configure your risk scoring — the likelihood and impact matrix and your risk appetite thresholds.
  • Turn modules on or off with module visibility, so your team only sees the features they use.
  • Manage tags to keep records organised and easy to filter.
  • Define your ISMS scope — the boundaries of your information security management system.

Common setup tasks

1

Add your branding

Set your organisation name and upload your logo so reports and the interface reflect your business.

2

Create departments

Add each department in your organisation. These drive how users are grouped and what records they see.

3

Tune risk scoring

Adjust the likelihood and impact matrix and set your risk appetite so scores match how your organisation judges risk.

4

Choose visible modules

Switch modules on or off so the navigation stays focused on what your team actually needs.

Set this up early
Configuring departments and risk scoring before you invite your team means everyone starts with the right structure and consistent scoring from day one.
Changing risk scoring later
Adjusting the likelihood and impact matrix affects how existing risks are scored. Review your registers after making changes so your ratings still reflect reality.
